Nope! We'll train the right people. If you're strong, dependable, and willing to learn, we'll show you the ropes. Experience is a plus, but attitude matters more.
What are the typical work hours?
Hours vary depending on the job schedule. Most shifts are between 9AM-6PM.
Will I be working alone?
Nope! You'll always be part of a team. Most jobs are 2-person or 3-person crews depending on the size of the haul.
Do I need a background check?
Yes. We run background checks for all new hires to make sure our team stays trustworthy and professional.
Is this job physically demanding?
Yes. You'll be lifting heavy items, working outdoors, and breaking a sweat on the stairways. If you like staying active and hate sitting at a desk, this is the gig for you.
What kind of stuff will I be hauling?
Anything from old couches and mattresses to yard debris, hot tubs, sheds, and the occasional mystery item. If it is non-hazardous and someone wants it gone, we handle it.
