These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of moosetrash.com and the junk removal, cleanout, trash pickup, and dumpster rental services (the "Services") provided by Moose Junk Removal, a Moose Enterprises LLC company ("Moose," "we," "us"). By booking or using our Services you agree to these Terms.
Online photo pricing is based on the photos and information you provide. The final total is confirmed by our crew on site before work begins and is based on the volume your items occupy in our truck, plus any applicable fees (such as stairs) shown at booking. If the final total differs from your online price, the difference is charged or refunded to your original payment method.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Dumpster rentals are billed at the rate and rental period shown at booking; additional days or overweight loads may incur additional charges.
Junk removal pickups run Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. You may reschedule or cancel by calling or texting 854-213-3761 before your appointment window. Weekend or special requests are accommodated when possible — call or text to arrange.
We cannot accept hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, fuels, oils, asbestos, and certain electronics or refrigerants where restricted by law. Our crew has final discretion on site regarding items we can safely haul.
If you opt in during booking, Moose Junk Removal sends booking-related text messages (confirmations, appointment details, and secure payment links). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not required to book. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
We treat your property with care. Our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the job at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South Carolina law.
